The first is 1and1. This company is posting rioja prices varied between 1.99 to € 19.99 € (this is the Business Plan).

It offers domain registration, email accounts (from 10 to 100, plus additional). It has multilanguage domains, antispam, antipishing plus many editing tools for the less expert.

It also has another very important feature, which are the tools of online marketing. It offers discount coupons on Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing in addition to having another tool called 1 & 1software (I have not tested it myself, but should be a tool for registration in search engines and directories or something like that).

It has support for PHP, Perl and CGI, as well as Python and Ruby.

One limitation that meeting, but that we will find in most hostings, is that only offers support for MySQL database.

There are a couple of communication tools that are "1 & 1 RSS" to the RSS feed and another that is "1 & 1 Love" to create chats.

Have tools such as: Easy Video and Stratos Stratos Mobile Pages) and also offers marketing services Google. I do not recommend it because it is not the best quality / price although it is true that offers a good quality against price.

Finally and not least it is the turn to Hostinet, a company that has very competitive prices and has collaboration agreement with youth networking (is not alone, also has some more). Significantly has very good prices, the cheapest is 1.95 € / month. Provides support to MySQL and more economical in its plan has 110Mb of space (which is not nothing wrong). Has support for PHP.
