Martial art is great mind healer and is highly recommended for people who fail to control their emotions like anger and stress. Apart from being a specified and famous combat art it boosts confidence level in people to face challenges in life and face even bullies at school.
You would often times hear people boasting that they are black belts or have graduated in few levels of kung fu please take them seriously as they can be dangerous. Although the techniques and procedure of combat could vary from one art to other but all forms of martial arts can cater to your purpose of self defense, fitness and most vital balancing of mind and body actions.
